It was one day business trip. Totally I spent at hotel less than 2 hours. Room was small but clean and comfortable. The hotel is not far from metro station. Recommended for budget city trips.

Not expensive breakfast with a lot of food options. Particularly good location, a stadium and restaurants close to the hotel. Again, walking distance to Fundacion Canal...
Beds were small.

It was a very convenient location, especially for the price. It was a couple of blocks from Plaza de Castilla, near the financial district. Very close to all manner of restaurants and "cafeterias"; a short walk through the neighborhoods south of the hotel revealed wonderful gastronomic opportunities. The rooms were compact but very modern in design and quite clean and tidy. Very eco-friendly as power to the room only operates when the key is in a special slot next to the door. Also, all hallways are lighted on motion-sensors. The staff was friendly and spoke suitably good English.
1) Unfortunately, the first impression of the lobby was less than good, mostly because of poor lighting; it was installed, just never on and looked foreboding. 2) If possible, specify a quiet room, away from the front of the hotel. We were in room 301 the first night and thought traffic on Calle Bravo Murillo was coming right through the room (even though there is thick insulating glass and shutters). On request, we were moved to room 110, which was very quiet and relaxing, at the back of the hotel. 3) Less important but notable was that the "Igloo" hotel restaurant was boarded up closed, out of business. Made the whole premises look less than stellar. No updated info about this was available prior to our trip. Fortunately, lots of restaurants nearby.

Had facilities needed in my twin room, including a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The bathrooms were nice looking. Particularly good location for visiting a stadium and restaurants close to the hotel:)))

After midnight strange females, madly cryings and noisy walks at the stairs ;I waked up three times .Breakfast was terrible, only a sandwich with a coupon,I don't advise to families and the person who's looking for silence. Rooms are very narrow.
